CANCELLATIONS:

JC Body Boutique has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice, and it will be our pleasure to accommodate. No fees apply.

LATE CANCELLATIONS:

If you must cancel your appointment in the 24 hours leading up to the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost will apply. This amount is automatically charged to the card provided at time of booking.

No Shows:

Appointment no-shows will be charged at full cost. This amount is automatically charged to the card provided at time of booking.

Please be aware that appointments are not confirmed until card details are entered in our booking system via Fresha.
